Smoothies and Mindfulness
sorry for bad updating. been super busy but I will try to update more asap. have lots of pictures to show you!
today I had 2 shows and I just got back from dinner with the girls. love being here. tmrw after work we are gonna celebrate halloween! so excited! I got this amazing costume, you will see.
last sunday we had our first day off since we got here. we went to the park close to the imperial palace, had the best smoothies ever, layed down on the grass and watched all the cute japanese kids playing.
I’m really into mindfulness right now. it helps you focus on the here and now, makes it easier to concentrate and it increases your creativity. it also makes you enjoy things more. the small simple things that gives you good energy, like laying down on the grass or having a smoothie.
